    The present invention relates to a support collar / frame (1) for waste bags (7), in particular waste paper bag, it comprises a vertical long side (2), and two vertical short sides (3), which short sides (3) and long side (2) are substantially separated from each other by means of two recesses (4) and wherein the long side (2) and the short sides (3) are each provided with an overhang (5, 6) for cohesion of said long and short sides (2, 3) and wherein the short sides (3) are substantially crescent-shaped and extends substantially deeper vertically than said long side (2). The short sides 3 and the long side 2 are mainly separatedfrom each other by means of two recesses 4. The long side 2 and the short sides 3 are in the horizontal plane according to FIG. 1provided with each a crossbar 5, 6 for cohesion of said long and short sides 2, 3.
    The short sides 3 are substantially crescent-shaped and extend substantially deeper vertically thanthe long side 2. In one embodiment, the short sides 3 extend vertically about 6 cm and have a length of about 14cm. The framework 1 is made of a flexible polymeric material. The overhangs 5, 6 are locatedsubstantially perpendicular to the short and long sides, respectively, and extending from the space provideddefined by the long and short sides 2, 3.
    A Swedish standard model of waste paper bag 7 (FlG. 2) has a width of about 20 cm and a depth ofc: a 15 cm. The height can vary but is usually about 35 cm in a folded state.
    When using the support collar / frame 1, the short sides 3 are inserted into the opening of the bag 7 formed by the bagshort sides 8 and its width sides 9 and a width side 9 is guided through the recesses 4 for abutment againstthe front side of the long side 2 (according to FIG. 2). Because the support collar / frame 1 is made in a flexiblematerial, a certain tension can be applied to the short insides 8 of the bag 7 and thus hold the bag 7 wellstretched and stable to facilitate the discharge of waste into the bag 7. By the support collar / frame 1short sides 3 have a certain depth, there is also an instruction on how high you can fill the bag forto be able to close the bag in a good way after filling.
    Alternatively, the long side of the support collar / frame 1 may extend inside or outside the horizontal of the bag.long side. If it runs on the outside, the collar of the jacket rests on the corners and on the short sidescrescent-shaped parts 3.
    The flexibility of the support collar / frame 1 means that it fits all common bags on the market. Furtherfacilitates, as mentioned above, that the bag is not overfilled.
